What is ChartsConnect?
ChartsConnect is a platform that automatically turns your TradingView chart signals into real trades on your broker — with zero coding required. Think of it as the bridge between your trading strategy and your broker account. When your chart says "Buy," ChartsConnect tells your broker to buy instantly, without you needing to be at your desk.
We don't hold your money, we don't touch your funds. We simply pass the instruction from your chart to your broker — you stay fully in control.

What are your support hours?
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Singapore Time (SGT), excluding public holidays. If you message outside these hours, we'll get back to you on the next working day.
How old is ChartsConnect?
ChartsConnect was founded in 2023 in Singapore by a team of traders and tech builders who were frustrated with how complicated — and expensive — trading automation was. We built what we wished existed.
Does ChartsConnect require coding?
No. Not a single line of code. You can connect a ready-made strategy from our AlgoVault, or build your own using Strategy Genesis or Strategy Builder — all through simple point-and-click settings. If you can set up a TradingView alert, you can use ChartsConnect.
Are trades executed on my own dedicated server?
No dedicated server needed on your end. ChartsConnect runs on secure cloud infrastructure, so we handle the heavy lifting. Your trades are processed and sent to your broker through our servers for maximum speed and reliability. The only thing you need running is your broker's MT4 or MT5 terminal (ideally on a VPS so it stays online 24/7).
Do I have to be logged in for my strategies to work?
No. Once your automation is set up and active, it runs in the background even when you're logged out of ChartsConnect. You can close the browser and your strategies keep running. As long as your MT4/MT5 is connected to the internet, your automation will be executed.
Does ChartsConnect require my computer to stay online?
ChartsConnect itself is cloud-based, so it doesn't depend on your computer. However, your broker's trading terminal (MT4 or MT5) does need to stay connected to the internet to actually place the trades. We recommend running MT4 or MT5 on a VPS (a virtual computer that stays on 24/7) so your automation never misses a signal.
Does ChartsConnect support paper trading?
Yes. You can connect a demo broker account and run your strategies in paper trading mode before going live. This is a great way to test your setup and see how it performs without risking real money. We always recommend testing on demo first.
