Trial and Subscription
How long is the free trial period?
ChartsConnect offers a 14-day free trial on the Advanced Plan so that you can use all the functions during the 14-day period. No credit card required. Start automating right away and upgrade only when you're ready for more features.
Who qualifies for the free trial?
Everyone. Simply sign up and you're on the 14-day free Advanced Plan trial automatically. No prerequisites, no approval process, no catch.
How does the trial period work?
During the 14 days, you get access to all the tools offered in ChartsConnect (Strategy Genesis, Strategy Builder, and all our proprietary Expert Advisors) for your trades. Connect up to 3 different broker accounts and get up to 3,000 signals. No credit card required. Just upgrade before the end of 14 days to keep your automation running.
What happens after my free trial ends?
If you decide to sign up for a subscription, simply upgrade your plan under Settings > Subscriptions and your automations will continue. However, if you choose not to subscribe, your automations will stop, no more signals will be sent through, you will lose access to all tools, and existing trades will not be managed.
What subscription plans do you offer?
We have three tiers to match where you are in your trading journey:
- Starter — US$19/month. For traders ready to go live using 1 MT4/MT5 account for trades.
- Advance — US$39/month. For active traders scaling across multiple broker accounts and strategies.
- Professional — US$99/month. For serious traders and community operators who need maximum capacity and priority support.
All plans are available on monthly or yearly billing. Annual billing saves you the most.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through our payment gateway. Additional payment options including PayPal and regional methods are being rolled out progressively.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases are considered non-refundable, including:
- Monthly and annual plans
- Plan upgrades, renewals, and add-ons
- All ChartsConnect products and services
Once a charge is processed, it is considered final and will not be refunded.
How may I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no phone calls, no hassle. After cancellation, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will stop, your automations will stop, no more signals will be sent through, you will lose access to all tools, and existing trades will not be managed.
If I upgrade my plan, how is billing handled?
Upgrades take effect immediately. The system automatically calculates the price difference between your current plan and the new one (prorated), so you're only charged for what you use. Your billing cycle stays the same.
